Hotel Costa Verde

Just returned from a wonderful holiday. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel, the very good waiters not to mention Andrea the maitre d' and Amedeo the barman, professionalism and skill, always ready for any request and we, with a 3 year old child, made some of requests😂 Excellent cuisine! The rooms are always very clean and fragrant every time we return The beach is practically in front, you just have to cross the road equipped with an umbrella and two deckchairs for each hotel guest. We also took advantage of the bicycle service (completely new) The swimming pool was very clean and very large In short, we will return 100% next year 😊

Welcomed with fish in their faces and kicked out in the butt. This is the title of the stay in this structure in addition to the desire to leave as soon as possible. We arrive at 9.30pm with a 5 year old girl and a 2 year old. I ask if it is possible to have the key to let the children go up with my wife because the little girl had to take the antibiotic and the little one had to go to the bathroom, the response of the lady at the reception was the following: "give me the documents because before giving you the keys I have to enter the data", ok here are the documents. In the meantime I go to the car to tell my wife to bring the kids inside so they would have the opportunity to go to the room... MAYBE... the other two families also arrive, she checks them in too and she won't give me the key ... checked in the other two couples and tells me this is the bill. Ok, please give me the key so in the meantime I'll let the children up to go to the bathroom and take the medicines.. not a dream, you have to pay first and then I can hand over the keys, I have to do all the PROCEDURES first.. Give me the received without asking me if I need the invoice which I ask for the next day and at first they tell me that it is no longer possible then they send it to me with the wrong heading, but so as not to have to talk to her anymore I keep it anyway. Check out is at 10 in the morning and at 10.15 we were carrying our luggage down when the phone in the room rings and reminds me that we had to leave the room at 10, making you feel like an intruder. Finally, for these 2 nights we spent €514.00 to sleep for 4 in a room with a bunk bed and a double bed. Never money spent worse.

August 2023 We had a great time, swimming pool and private beach included, clean rooms (although in my opinion they need updating) and the staff starting with the helpful and very nice cleaning ladies, not to mention the guys at the reception, but a special mention to the guys in the restaurant , very polite, professional, available and always smiling, masterfully directed with class and professionalism by the Maitre d' of the room Andrea and his Brother. What to add, we had a great time, we will gladly return, for the services, the staff and the chef to whom, even if I hadn't met him, I would like to congratulate him.

Hotel with swimming pool, very beautiful and well-kept; It's a three star but it deserves four. The food is good, the buffet is very rich and constantly replenished. But the real gem of this hotel is the welcome of the kind, helpful and always smiling staff. Of all those I have stayed at, it is the most suited to my needs and for my next holidays it is certainly the favourite.
